  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
